About ThreadsVideoDL
An independent downloader for public Threads posts. Not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
ThreadsVideoDL is a website that lets you paste a public Threads link and save the video, photo, carousel, or audio that the post already hosts. It runs in the browser. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not ask you to log in to Threads.
The site was built for people who already have a right to keep a public post: their own upload, a clip they were given permission to save, or a file they are allowed to archive. It is not a way around a private account, and it is not an official Threads feature.
Meta, Instagram, and Threads are trademarks of their owners. They appear on this site only so the instructions are unambiguous. Nothing here is endorsed by Meta. If you need a feature that requires a Threads login, use the Threads app itself.
Questions about the tool, privacy, or a copyright notice can go to hello@threadsvideodl.com or through the contact page. Copyright notices specifically should follow the DMCA page so they include the details needed to act on them.
