Terms of Service

ThreadsVideoDL provides a tool that fetches publicly available Threads posts and lets you save media from them. The service is offered as-is, free of charge, without a service-level agreement. We can change, rate-limit, or discontinue it.

You may paste a link only for a public post you have the right to save. You are responsible for copyright, privacy, and any other law that applies to what you do with the file afterward. A successful download is not a license from the creator or from Meta.

You may not use the site to reach private accounts, to bypass a login wall, to probe or overload the service, or to submit URLs that are not Threads posts in an attempt to fetch other systems. You may not use the tool to collect content that sexually exploits minors. That is illegal and we will not help.

You may not copy this site’s pages in a way that implies you are ThreadsVideoDL, and you may not imply that the tool is an official Meta or Threads product. You may link to the public pages.

The site names Threads so you know which links work. Threads, Instagram, and Meta are not our partners. Their own terms still apply to how you use their apps.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost files, for a post that could not be fetched, for how you use a file you saved, or for indirect damages. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so those limits apply only as far as they legally can.

These terms are the agreement for the website. The privacy policy explains the limited data handling. The DMCA page is how copyright owners reach us. If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest stays in place.
