Download the MP4
The browser saves the file. Change the folder in the browser’s download settings if you want it somewhere else.
There is no Windows installer and no Mac disk image. A desktop program would not make the public file any sharper. If the browser opens the video in a new tab instead of saving it, use the Download button on the card rather than right-clicking a streaming preview. Editors such as a normal video editor can import the MP4 afterward. Whether you may publish that edit is a rights question, not a format question.

Do I need a browser extension on PC?
No. The extension is optional. The page itself downloads the file.
Can I save the audio only?
Yes. Use Save audio to get an M4A of the soundtrack.
Where is the file on a Mac?
Usually the Downloads folder in Finder, unless Safari is set to ask every time.
